Common Questions
What material should I choose?
Correx is normally best for temporary site use. Rigid plastic and Foamex are suitable for many indoor and sheltered locations. Aluminium composite is recommended for more permanent exterior installations.
Are the signs suitable for outdoor use?
Many products are suitable for outdoor use, but suitability depends on the selected material, fixing method and exposure.
Do signs come with fixing holes?
Products are supplied without fixing holes unless the product description or selected option states otherwise. Hole drilling can be offered on selected products.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Contact us with the required dimensions, material and quantity.
Can you add our company logo?
Yes. Logos can be added to custom safety signs, site rules boards, entrance signs and other bespoke products.
Will I receive an artwork proof?
A proof is normally supplied where the product includes an artwork service or requires a custom layout.
Can you help create the artwork?
Yes. Send us your wording, logo and any reference material. Artwork charges may apply depending on the complexity.
What artwork files do you accept?
Print-ready PDF is preferred and selected design-file formats.
Can you match our company colours?
We can work from supplied colour references, but exact colour matching may not always be possible across different printers and materials.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Bulk pricing may be available for larger quantities or repeated products. Request a quote with the product, material, size and quantity required.
Can you deliver directly to a construction site?
Yes. Provide full site details, a contact telephone number and any delivery restrictions.
Can we open a trade account?
Yes. Complete the trade-account application form. Accounts and credit terms are subject to review and approval.
Can you create a complete signage pack?
Yes. We offer standard and bespoke packs for construction sites and multi-site organisations.
Are your signs automatically suitable for every workplace?
No. Customers should select signs according to their own risk assessments, site procedures and legal responsibilities.
Can I use my own wording?
Yes. Use the custom-sign service or request a quote for more complex layouts.
Can you store our design for future orders?
Approved branded templates can be retained for repeat customers, subject to our file-retention policy.
Can you supply magnetic signs?
Yes. Magnetic products are available for suitable steel surfaces - Please enquire.
Do you supply sign posts and frames?
Selected posts, frames and fixing accessories can be added as the range develops.
Can I collect my order?
Collection may be available by prior arrangement. Do not travel until collection has been confirmed.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Production and delivery times depend on the product, quantity and service selected. The estimated service will be shown at checkout or confirmed with your quotation.
